Corporate gifting in India has moved well beyond the token sweet box. In FY26, procurement and HR teams are treating gifts as an extension of brand experience — every package is expected to feel considered, premium and on-brand.
Three trends are defining the year. First, sustainable and reusable hampers: jute, bamboo and recycled-material packaging that employees actually keep. Second, gadget bundles — wireless earbuds, smartwatches and fast chargers paired with branded accessories — which consistently top employee wish-lists. Third, experiential vouchers that let recipients choose, removing the guesswork from large-scale gifting.
The common thread is personalisation at scale. Tiered budgets, role-based gift tiers and custom branding (laser engraving, UV printing, embroidery) let a single campaign feel individual across thousands of recipients.
Our advice for FY26: lock your festive volumes early, standardise on two or three gift tiers, and insist on transparent pricing with GST invoicing so finance and procurement stay aligned from day one.
